I spent six years fully supporting my partner’s restaurant business, co-founding and managing the company. I have since returned to the world of therapy, where I currently continue my practice.
Through my years of practice, I’ve come to realise that the essence of therapy is not simply about applying techniques — it’s about helping each person reconnect with their own natural balance and well-being.
What I call a “switch” is that subtle moment when both mind and body begin to relax and recharge naturally.
The form and timing of that switch are different for everyone.
By listening carefully and responding to what each person truly needs at that moment,
I aim to create a time and space where both body and mind can feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease.
